Individual Sessions
Judith Rose sees clients individually in East Quogue and Southold.
Sessions cover such issues as:

Group Sessions
Do you have a group or organization that needs a presenter or workshop
leader? Judith Rose is also a paid speaker. Programs can cover the
many aspects of hypnosis, improving health and life with hypnosis,
as well as stress or stress reduction.

cost to organizations when there is the absence of a strong wellness
factor among employees.
The American Lung Association estimates that the cost of smoking

The most unusual aspect of this program is that one smokes his/her
last cigarette while in a hypnotic trance. This program is presented
as a one night seminar.

One of the most requested areas for assistance. Low Carbohydrate
Program: This program has been designed specifically as an enhancement
to a low carbohydrate diet. The Traditional Weight Loss Program:
This program is designed for those who feel more comfortable using
a traditional eating plan.
Stress Reduction:
Stress is the feeling that we are being controlled as opposed to
being in control. Through mastering and using the self hypnosis
techniques one will learn in this seminar, one can begin to feel
that they are taking back the control of their live.
